Our Founding Principle
Dr. Jeané Lombard founded Zulu Medical on a single insight: your DNA is as unique as your fingerprint, and your healthcare should reflect that. Through medical-grade diagnostic testing and physician oversight, we help you understand your individual biology and build strategies informed by what it reveals. We start with your goal, use testing to inform the path, and guide you every step of the way.
We Treat You, Not People Like You
1
Goal-Oriented
Health Care
When we know your goal, we design your approach. Your health goals define our approach to your care. We don't start with symptoms. We start with outcomes. This shifts the focus from reactive care to proactive direction. When we know what you want to achieve, we can design an approach informed by that goal to move you in that direction.
2
Diagnostic Testing is the Foundation
Your biology informs a solution aligned with your goal. Testing is the bridge between goals and solutions. Through diagnostic testing, we understand your biology. DNA analysis. Metabolic panels. Microbiome assessment. Food sensitivity testing. Pharmacogenetics. This understanding is what makes a truly personalized solution possible.
3
We Treat You,
Not People Like You
Your goals and test data determine your personalized solution. Your solution reflects your testing results, your goals, and your biology. Not a protocol designed for the average patient. Not a standard approach based on population data. A care plan built specifically for you, under physician supervision.
Our Approach
Dr. Jeané Lombard
Medical Director and Founder

Dr. Lombard graduated from the University of Pretoria in South Africa with a degree in Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. She completed her internship in South Africa, where she delivered over 5,000 babies, before practicing in London and then relocating to Canada. Over 25 years of clinical practice, she has worked with 1000s of patients in family medicine, treating patients from newborns to centenarians.
For the past decade, Dr. Lombard has focused intensively on precision health, hormones and peptides, and personalized nutrition. She has completed extensive additional training through international conferences and specialized programs, building expert-level knowledge in DNA-informed care, metabolic optimization, and regenerative therapies.
Her deep expertise in personalized nutrition is central to her practice. Understanding how genetic variants influence nutrient metabolism, food sensitivities, and dietary response allows her to help patients and build sustainable strategies to move you closer to health optimization.
To date, she has delivered precision health solutions to more than 150 patients. Each case deepens her understanding of how genetic and metabolic insights translate into personalized care.
The field of precision health is advancing rapidly, driven by substantial global research investment. Dr. Lombard dedicates significant time to staying current with these developments and integrating new evidence into her daily practice. Lifelong learning is not an aspiration for her. It is how she operates.
